2. Once registration is complete you will see an Wholesale Application Form on this page
3. Fill out this Application for us
4. Email us letting us know that you have filled out an application for your company and need approval to our wholesale site
5. If you are a new buyer your initial purchase should be $180 or more
6. You will be notified upon approval
7. The next time you login you will see your wholesale pricing
